i need to give access for some users on (Retail/Common/Retail channels/Retail stores) and already give them that roles (retail catalog manager & retail merchandising manager & retail operation manager & retail store IT & retail store manager ) all this but still can't see the Retail Stores ????

what i need to do ?

Thanks a lot .I try to reset usage data but no success.

but after delete this user and add again its working fine now

how to do this:

Try resetting the usage data for this user, and also delete the *.auc files, and restart AX.

If it still doesn't work, try deleting the user from AX, and recreate.

It it still doesn't work, look at the security objects in the AOT.
