Hi, and greeting if any changes coming in system like updating the version of software and upload extend pack from where I can find and show the detail which date this changes happen?

I think you are asking that whether NAV versions/cumulative updated getting updated like Windows Update.
If yes then it is not like that. for NAV versions you need to install ,merge objects manually.
As well as license upload also need to do manually in application itself.
This can be done authorized person nominated from company or partner . Kindly check with your partner for the same.

You can try to check on the date of creation/modification of NAV system files to get the understanding when some of them had been modified when installing the update/hotfix. This would be very difficult to track the exact person who had done this, especially if there are many persons with Administrative rights can have access to the server (which normally should not be the case).

If you are confirming that system has been upgraded ....
Its seems like your Boss or Other members has done it without knowing you,
Because its cannot be do like easily
Can you contact you vendor and confirm what happen
Also if you can give more information like whats happened ? / any thing new you are seeing ?
How did you telling that its upgraded ? what is the reason of that >
I dont think so you will get date when it is changed . Only Administrator need to control this.
Let us know what is exact problem
In case the company upload how to find when is uploaded?

Dynamics NAV License Cannot be Change Just Like That if you have Start and if you need Extended Pack then it has to done with Partner Portal they only can do and for that, you need to pay.
with the organisation, I don't think anyone will able to do. also uploading new license required developer environment and you see who has access to the server to carry out such activity.
I need to get details from system if anyone changes or upgrading the license from one pack to other how?
