I need to implement an 18 month rolling Maximum Leave Carry Over limit.

The existing Maximum Leave Carry Over limit only gets implemented on the anniversary of the start date, I need to reduce the period to implement it monthly.

Can this be done?

Hi Jenny,

Some accrual parameters on leave plan should help you :

accrual frequency at monthly

accrual schedule

accrual type at months of service

add a line and set for xx months of service, your maximum carry-forward desired. You can set your maximum for each month of service, if you specified it.
