Hello Team,
I have to install Gp on a new system with the same configuration on a live server. On live server GP(18.2.1100) installed and I have a software of Gp version (18.2.1013)
I installed GP(18.02.1013) on the new system but the smart list functionality does not work properly, Need GP(18.2.1100) software to migrate GP from one server to another.
Anyone has a software file of GP(18.2.1100) please share it on drive bhapkarsatyajit8331@gmail.com.

You need to contact the MBS IT team at this email address >> itmbssup@microsoft.com. This is the team that handles troubleshooting of internal sites, access and any related questions. They’ll be able to give you access to the Microsoft Dynamics site you’re having issues with and/or figure out why you cannot successfully access it.
In the meantime, if you can't access the downloads, such as 18.3.1013, open a support case and we can get you the files through an FTP on the support case.

How would I tackle this screen to get the GP version(18.2.1100)?

If you don't have access to Customer Source to download service packs, you should get in touch with your Dynamics GP Partner or contact Microsoft Support directly to get an account.
