Hi
Is there a difference between the Power Apps Portal and the Portal that's available in the classic interface?
If so can someone please direct me information about the portal in the classic interface?
ThanksLee

Not sure what you mean by "Portal in the classic interface", can you share a snapshot maybe?
basically the main idea of Power Apps Portals would be exposing Dataverse/CDS/D365 data externally, while classic interfaces would be mainly for licensed users

The PowerApps Portal is what was formerly the Dynamics 365 Portal formerly the AdxStudio Portal.
I as well am not sure by what you mean with "Portal in the classic interface", Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM did not have its own default portal it was always added on - be that a Microsoft, 3rd Party Vendor, or a Custom built one.
