Send an Email to an Employee within a customer journey without Power Automate

Hi,

I want to send an email to an employee within a customer journey. However, within the journey, I can only select the lead as the recipient. Is it possible to implement this without using Power Automate?

Hi,

you can only send emails to contacts or leads in journeys. If you want to send it to employees you have two options: Create users also as contacts or leads (and flag them accordingly, but not my favorite solution) or use power automate with a custom trigger that gets triggered within a journey.

You can use Contacts, Lead and also Marketing form submission as Triggers.
