Confirmation button is not enable in the line (Sales Order)

Hi,

I would like to seek help from you guys because I cannot trace where to activate these buttons in the sales order. only in this record I am having problem. the rest were okay and the two buttons are enabled. Hoping for your fast response. Thank you.

    Please check the order type. Account receivable parameter and sales order header it self.

    I checked the Parameter under Sales I see there is Order Type and the default setting is in Sales Order.

    Please check this order is invoiced?? If it is invoiced it will get disable. Of try to refresh the form.

    Hi,

    I've seen that certain Payment methods (set on the order header) can cause the Confirmation buttons to be greyed-out (e.g. if the Payment method is set to Credit Card).

    I've also seen this if you're using AX 2012 R3 and the Call center functionality, and you have enabled 'Order completion'. If this is enabled, you'll see this button:

    All SO can't confirm or only this one? If only this one, you can check the customer is on hold or not.

    Is it an empty sales order without any sales lines?

    If so confirmation buttons won't get enable until and unless you add some sales lines to the sales order.

    Hi Ivan,

    I suggest you to check the below mentioned steps

    1. Navigate to USMF > Retail > Common > Retail Channels > Call centers

    Check is their any call center available for the legal entity (USMF), if then open the call center and disable enable order completion. Hope now you can able to process the sales order.
