HTTP 404 Not found

Hi,

We have done successful installations in our local environment. But, we are facing an issue after MSD Installation 9.0 on-premise in client server. The installation was successful. However, when we access the dynamics URL within the server it says "HTTP 404 Not found". When we access the URL from an outside PC, it prompts for entering the user credentials and once entered gives the same error.

We tried repairing, reinstalling but in vain. We tried enabling tracing which gave the below error details:

Any help will be highly appreciated!

    Hello Vijitha,

    Seems an issue related with a certificate that is not present in the MSCRM_CONFIG database of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

    Please check Walkthrough: Configure Dynamics 365 for integration with Microsoft Azure | Microsoft Docs to confirm if the certificate is in the MSCRM_CONFIG database otherwise you need to set it.

    You can also check the service account which is running CRM App pool and then locate the certificate on the certificate manager and in the permission window, check if your app pool service account is given appropriate permission (Read permission should be fine)
