    Hi Jiju,

I want to add consumption items and routing only at the time of posting i.e I do not attach the Production BOM and routing with item card.

How to apply the same in Navision?

    Is it possible?

    Thanks,

    Dinesh.

You can avoid to attach Production BOM with the Item, but you must attach Routing to the Item. You can not refresh Production Order without Routing on Item.

But, you can use some default work center on routing and:

-change (or add) WC or MC you want on your Production Order (Line->Routing) before you post consumption, if you use Production Journal.

-add WC or MC you want in line when you post this in Output Journal.

    Dinesh,

Try using Consumption Journal and Output Journal for the purposes.

I think you can use the above for it and avoid Production BOM in Item Card.

Yes, you must attach routing manually.

    Refer to the below link.
