Dynamics CRM 2013 On-Premise bug in "All Leads" view after Update Rollup 1

Hi, I came across a possible bug in Dynamics CRM 2013 for On-Premise having Update Rollup 1 installed. I believe this bug was introduced with Rollup 1 since I don't see this on the RTM version. The bug is as follows: If I open up Dynamics CRM 2013 On Premise, navigate to "All Leads" system view and try to add the "Company Name" in the View Columns, I don't see it at all. The "Company Name" doesn't appear in the list. I have checked this with CRM Organisations having UR1 installed, and the bug is present; and I also checked this with the RTM version where this bug is not present. Has anyone else encountered this? Also is there any way to report this bug?
