Greetings
i have a query. the user access ES(AX 2012) and go to My approvals page in ESS
the My approvals page list the Purchaese requsition and expense approvals in the list page
Now some users complained that they used to see the work list(grid) items-displayed in web part for year 2016 in their queue and not recent ones(recent year or last 3months)
As a result they cannot approve the same.
So I went to web part and increased the number of items to be seen in the web part .(maximum number of list items displayed)
However there are few users who still face the complaint.
Let me know whey the web part (number of items seen) is been modified (to max limit) is seen for few users & few users not seen
How do we clear cache for ESS for users>
Also is there any way where we can allow the page to display like recent records? How to do it in ESS
kindly guide.
