Consent submission processing constantly failing

Hi all,

We recently installed Marketing and created a couple Forms in Real-time Marketing. We used the /Lead Generation/ Form template and retained the Consent checkbox.

However, whenever we submit the form and check it's submissions, it always fails and says Status Reason: Failure - Failure Description: Consent submission processing failed.

When I go to the Consent Center, I do not see any records being created. Is there anything I'm missing?

I got the same when I had option set field on the form, however, it worked fine when I removed the option set field.

Do you have the option set field by any chance?

Hi Partner,

After my repeated tests, I met the same problem.
If I don't add the consent button, everything works fine, but when I add the consent, no matter how I design the form, it doesn't submit successfully.
During this time, contacts and leads are created normally.

The official documentation does not explain this behavior, so I suggest you raise a support ticket with the developer team:
