NAV 4.0 to NAV 2013 R2 (NAV 2015) conversion

We are analysing the best way to proceed to pass from NAV 4.0 to NAV 2013 R2 (or NAV 2015).

Database conversion meens to pass from 2009 as intermediate version, right?

Thinking to cut off, the data migration is simple to do (with rapid start?)?

    Yes, you should do that in 2 steps: from 4.0 to 2009 and from 2009 to 2015.
