Subscription center communication preferences landed to an external application

Hi,

we need that the communication preferences entered/updated by the contacts on the subscription marketing pages landed in another external platfom which is the owner to manage and collect the communication preferences received from different ways.

The idea is that, in a second time, a scheduled console application from external platform to Dynamics will update the communication preferences within the CRM contacts too.

Is possible to land the communication preferences from a marketing page to an external application?

Yes correct,

we need that the communication preferences field will be synced non (or not only) within Dynamics 365 related entity fields, but within mapped fields of another application

Hi,

The related fields will be updated in Dynamics when a marketing form is submitted.

So do you mean that you'd like to the updated fields can be synced to an external application?
