How to create a hierarchy for the entity "knowledge articles"?

Dear Team,

I want to create a hierarchy for "Knowledge Articles". When I want to look at the hierarchy, the error massage (which you can see in Picture 1) pops up.

I have already turned on the "Hierarchy Modeling" in the Hierarchy Security (Picture 2).

But I also can't find "Knowledge Articles" at the "Available Entities"

Another problem is, that there are no "Hierarchy Settings" in the Customization (Picture 3).

Thank you for your help!

Do anyone know how to solve this problem?

    Hi Partner,

I saw that even in custom entities, there should also be "Hierarchy Settings", so it could be by design.

You could raise an idea to Microsoft about this situation.

    Regards,

    Leo
