Management Reporter Connection Issue

After having no issues for many years, users cannot connect to Management Reporter.
In addition logging into the server running Management Reporter which is also the SQL server as network administrator also fails to connect.
Restarting both MR services from the console corrects the issue. Several days later the issue repeats itself and the services must be restarted again.
Event viewer shows SOAP security error.
 
MR server is 2019
MR ver is 2012

    Hi, the MS documentation mentions some solutions when you can't connect to the Management Reporting Server.
    You can check for some hints:
