Is it possible to attach an Excel file to a customer card? Can someone please provide some detail on how to achieve this request.

Basically, using links in the FactBox you are able to give a reference to any file, not only Excel. With a small part of code you can design also a nice windows selection of files.

Are you using classic or RTC ? In classic when you open the card you will have Links (Ctrl + L) icon on the toolbar where you can attach files, in the RTC you will have Links Factbox and do the same from there.
