Issue with AR Invoice Quick Print

Customer just upgrade to SL 2018 CU5 from SL 2011 FP1. When trying to Quick Print an invoice from AR (08.010.00,) they get the attached error which appears to have a superfluous 'AND' in the second portion of the select. I tried to print preview the invoice from the Invoice/Memo report screen using the Select tab for the one invoice and it returned an invoice with no data. When I print preview every invoice, I find the invoice number in the index list on the right, but clicking on it returns an invoice from a customer (Customer2) higher up in the index, but not most recent invoice for Customer2. Clicking on invoices in between the two, the same invoice for Customer2 keeps on the screen as though it’s the largest one there.

I’ve checked the indexes and they are all there. When I run the report query in Studio Manager, it returns the invoice.  Any ideas on what’s going on?

Rebuilding procs, views, and indexes did nothing. Problem still exists. 

A few more details:
  • Terminal Server environment for all users
  • I tried to check my printer settings (yeah, i should have done this first thing) and when I click on the settings option, it acts like it is opening the screen but never does. 
  • I changed my default printer in Windows to Micosoft XPS doc, tried quick printing the invoice and didn't get the error. However, I also never got the option to save the file, so I have no idea if it worked or not.
  • Tried all of this in SL Demo on the same server. Also didn't work.
Starting to feel like environmental issue, at least partially.  Any ideas? I feel like I need to get the printer issue fixed first.
So far, I've checked the indexes, the 0876Q report settings in Report Control Maintenance, run Rebuild Procedures, Views and Indexes, run Sync Ownership ad Security.

    You should probably create a case in MS support for this issue. Are you using the standard report?

    Good afternoon, Jana. Yes, this is the standard report which works fine in the SL demo databases that are installed on the same server. I think this pretty much eliminates the report itself from being the problem.
