Hi,
As you can see this material is the BN tracking dimension (batch management), but the 176 pcs stock are missing the batch number, so could you help me about how to create the batch for them, tanks.

You can use the Transfer journal to move the on-hand from an empty batch number to an existing batch number.
However, it could be the case that in your situation you don't allow blank batch numbers and this issue was caused by e.g. a customization. If the journal will not allow an empty batch as 'From batch', you need to ask a developer to write a correction script.
