customize schedule board booking status

Can we customize the schedule board booking status to show a popup when the booking status changed?

For example, if the booking status changed to Rejected, to show a popup window to ask the agent to fill the rejection message ?

Or can the Opportunity record open automatically in a separate window when a booking status is changed to Rejected on the schedule board, and make a custom field (rejection reason) required?

    Hi Mohammad.

    You can set up Booking Business Rule on the schedule board. docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-booking-rules

    There are a few limitations, check out the documentation.

    Another option is to create a Booking Alert when the status is rejected. It does not stop the user to reject the booking without a reason but leave the task to be completed. 

    If you know what are the reasons for rejection you can create booking statuses, it will also help you with the reports https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/set-up-booking-statuses
