Need documentation on subscriptions fees in Projects in AX 2012 R2

AX 2012 R2 CU7:

Can anyone point me to good documentation that explains subscriptions from beginning to end in the Project Management and Accounting module? I have recurring monthly fees I need to bill to customers for many different projects, and a periodic journal won't work. The blogs, postings, and documents I've found online focus on one aspect of the process, but I need something to walk me through the whole process from setup/config through invoicing to closing out the subscription. Thanks!

Hello Howard,

Have you checked the service management module training materials? Subscription fees are processed through this module.

Maybe straight line revenue recognition is an alternative for you. So please also have a look at the following site: blogs.msdn.com/.../straight-line-project-revenue-recognition-in-r3-cu8.aspx
