get data from lookup field which is available in subgird

In subgrid there are 4 columns , 1st column is Account look-up we need to get field data(whole number data type) ,Like that complete column we need to get data from each Account then add those whole Number data type values and need to place in Another field of parent record.

Get data from account that related to entity B, then show these data in the field of the Entity A?
