How do you change a user to print to a specialized template we had built rather than to the default template in GP?

If you want all users to have access to it, select the modified report in Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports instead of the standard report. If you want it to be specific to one or more users, you'll need to setup a special Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports User ID, assign it to that user(s) and select the modified report in Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports.
