Good morning ,
I wish to set up a sequence of interaction bewteeen 3 users from a batch journal approval .
Let me clarify.
1-I have user V who send batch journal approval request to B.
2-B approve and send a notification to V.
3-V receive the notification approval from B
4-V send the journal Batch to another user F .
5-F approve and send electronic payment to bank.
I already created finance batch journal approval worflow from a template .
For the step 4 and 5 ,I wonder if have to create a second workflow to complete the sequence of interaction.
I know the type usergroup workflow we have a multiple user and sequence interaction define .
So what should I do create a second workflow to emulate the interaction for step 4 and 5 or do something else ?
