I would like to insert a previous answer in a following answer choice ( - This [answer in Q1] is ...)
It seems like we can't insert a variable in an answer choice, could someone assist me with this matter?

Yes this it is clear but there will be quite a few answer choices so I think the best way is to modify the question statement itself.
Although, are you sure no code could work for this matter? I know for example on Qualtrics I was able to do so with a code line.

Not really possible
Best I can do is suggest you an alternative:
If you don't have many choices in the initial question, you may create 1 hidden sections for each choice
Each section would contains the static text aligned with one of the available choices
Then you would use the advanced logic to unhide the right section depending on the answer received
