What are possible ways to Add Accounts and contacts in dynamic crm as soon as data added in SQL Server?
How to check Data has been added in one of table ? as soon as data inserted in Table add them in Dynamic crm?

Since you are using Online. I would not write this using c# code when power automate can do the job. A year ago I would have done this in c#. If you have not used it. Make this your best process friend.
What you are trying to do would be very simple with power automate and since you are using CRM Online you already have license for it.
This would be a lot easier. You can even add e-mailing when something happens.
