im trying to use the Item Availability by location but i need to see the locations which has Values and avoid the Zero location

You need to have access to Developer Environment.
If you don't know how to customize it, you need to contact your partner to do it. It is not as simple as putting filter not zero in it.
how can i customization for it.
Item Availability by Location / Period / Event etc do not have the filter capabilities because it is based on matrix. You will need to customization for it.
Or you can export it to excel and do the filter in excel.
