Send email as Activity to all Contacts for Account

Hello, very new to Dynamics, hopefully this is easy.
 
My organization is going to utilize the Customer Service workspace app to track the Stage of on-boarding with our service. The idea is to track all communications within the Activity Timeline. We are not utilizing Cases or Queues.
 
Each Account (customer) will have multiple contacts, I've successfully added a SubGrid to the Account pane listing all contacts for that account. When using the timeline of an account to send an email or Teams invite I'd like the recipients to be the contacts from the Account, or at least the suggestions. Flipping between the Account tab and the send email Tab to get my list of recipients is just one more thing I'd like to automate.

    Hi Partner,
    Maybe you can use power automate to send emails automatically.
    When you send email from account timeline, the regarding field of the email will be populated with this account.
    --You can use email created as trigger, and regarding type is account as filter:
    --List rows to get all related contacts:
    --Add a row to create emails for these contacts:
