Leadscoring don't track Event-Registration

Hello,

i have set up leadscoring for events. Because of the language in the screeenshot is german, i want to translate the condition:

Event-Registration

Entity: event-registration

frequency: at least

number: 1

date range: lifespan

We want to score 7 point if someone registrate for one of our events. Because of this we want at leas t 1 event-registration. I did a test event registration for one of our events and dont get any lead-scoring points for this lead. What did we wrong?

If we want so set up this for the last 3 monts, we would change the date range. We just used "lifespan" to get more leads interact with this scoring model.

Hey Mario,

Did you create a lead from the event registration itself? When the contact registered for the event, was a lead created? You can switch on/off lead creation from the "Form and Website" tab on the event page.
