Quantity estimated of a batch order report

Posted on by 40

Hi experts.

When I estimate a batch order, Dynamics AX fills quantity estimated fields according to formula lines already defined earlier. When it happens, dynamics creates an on order transaction with a production line reference. This function shows me how much of each item line, is necessary to produce a certain quantity of end product.

In order to it, I'd like to know if there is a report or query that shows me the same information without the need of creating a new batch order. For example: a function where I enter with an end product item e quantity information and dynamics shows me what I'm going to use to produce this quantity.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Richardson.

    Hi Richardson,

Did you check the Max. report as finished function in the released product --> Engineer tab?

You can view the on-hand quantity and calculate the needed quantities.
