Hi,
I have a requirement to add an e-signature field to a Marketing form for my client and I'm trying to find a way to implement this since it's not OOTB. Would I just use a Custom Control on the field I create or some other solution?

Note that for an e-signature to be legally defensible in many (most) jurisdictions, there are a slate of requirements around immutability and chain of custody as well as ISO 27001 which the content block does not address. If you simply need to capture for business purposes, the content block approach that Nya provided is 100% fine. But, if there is a legal aspect to the signature then you should be looking for a provider that meets those requirements for the jurisdictions you intend to capture signatures from. Some of the best known are Docusign and Adobe, but there are quite a few. Not all offer direct integration to D365 though. Both DocuSign and Adobe Sign do offer free addins to D365 CE:

appsource.microsoft.com/.../adobesign.f3b856fc-a427-4d47-ad4b-d5d1baba6f86
Thanks for the suggestion! The requirement actually just changed to something simple. They are fine with an "I agree" option upon submit so we don't have to provide the e-signature after all.
Hi,
It is recommended to use content block to substitute for the function.
Please navigate to Marketing content > Content blocks to create a content block.
It allows to create a fixed and reusable block which can be inserted into a marketing email, or even a marketing form/ page.
Although there are only two drag-and-drop elements in content block, you can also edit it with HTML designer to extend its design.
