How do I "switch off procurement workflow"?

We used to run Procurement Workflow but no longer need it. Is there an easy way to disable or deactivate workflow?

I have un-ticked the box Procurement and sourcing -> Setup -> Procurement and sourcing parameters -> Activate change management but that hasn't helped.

HI AXatak, the activate change management check box is only for the purchase order change workflow. So if you want to disable the other type of procurement workflows you need to disable it from here: Procurement and sourcing/Setup/Procurement and sourcing workflows

Thanks. That form leads to a grid of workflows for which there is a default selected for each type and within each there is an active version.

How do I disable all workflows from running so that POs can go through unhindered?

Hi,

Select your workflow, select the version and then select the make inactive button.
