Management Reporter pulling wrong month on balance sheet report

Hello,

I have a customer who ran a balance sheet for July and August. July numbers are correct. August numbers are incorrect and are actually pulling the same exact numbers as July. It appears when we change the month it's not recognizing August? How can we correct this?

I found out the customer didn't post anything in August and that's why the report was pulling the same numbers from July! lol Silly customers!
