until now , we only used xpo to import in AX2012R2. Now i got a model file to import.
i used the axutil "Install-AXModel -File 'c:\ ..."
after the import i got the message:

The virtual model holds virtual parent elements and should be handled,
e.g. by starting development environment in Var layer, from the
"Tools | Model management" menu item create an AOT project from the
virtual model, and decide what to do with the sub-nodes and their
virtual parent elements.
Because of the changes made to the model store, it is highly recommended to
restart the AOS, run appropriate scripts, and compile and synchronize the
application. Not doing that may cause runtime errors and loss of data."
is there any action required?
and second: after restarting the AOS i get the upgrad checklist .. although it was just a minor installation. Do u need to run this? ..... and which item?
