To whom it concerns,
I have sent as usual an email newsletter to my subscription list.
This time tho, it showed me more than half of the emails in the list have been labelled blocked due to "unsubscription", but when I look at if they have unsubscribed, there is nothing.
Why would it show me blocked users due to "unsubscription" if none have actually unsubscribed?
Here you see on an individual contact view, insights it says " Unsubscription submitted" equals 0.
But when you go on the customer journey, it says:
I just cannot understand how can half of my list have unsubscribed all at the same time??
