Does anyone have a tutorial or instructions on how to generate an AR aging in Excel from GP? The only option I have seen is running a trial balance in Comma delimited, and then doing A LOT of formatting.

    Hi Jane-

You have an option to run the AR again (and Historical AR Aging) using SQL Server Reporting Services. Then this will export into Excel really nicely with no formatting required!

Something I have recommended is to use a different reporting tool for all these canned GP reports. Either using the Microsoft provided SSRS reports or custom SSRS reports that can be run from any screen or automatically emailed using a third-party add-on like Rockton Software's Dynamics Report Manager.

It makes everything so much easier.

    I hope this helps.
    Joe
