ERror Message in creating a new position from a new job

We have been able to create new positions from existing jobs, but get this message when trying to create a new position from a new job
 


  1. Cannot save the changes to the database. Unit of Work can not commit transaction.
  2. Unable to write data to entity cdm_jobpositions.Unable to lookup cdm_titles with values {Snr Planned Surveyor}.Unable to lookup cdm_jobs with values {Snr Planned Surveyor}.
  3. Cannot save the changes to the database. Unit of Work can not commit transaction.

    This may be caused by data integrity issues or configuration errors. Check if there are corresponding records in the entity. Whether the job information is correctly configured and mapped.

    Can you please check whether dual-write is ON for those entity? It looks like issue with dual-write. If its ON, try to STOP and try again.
