Does anyone know how to create a Marketing form template under Real-Time Journeys yet?  I know how to create a marketing form, but I want to create a marketing form template that can be used as starting point for other users.

I just see "forms" under real-time journeys, where as under outbound marketing I see "Form Templates"

Please let me know, thank you.

    Real-time Marketing Form Templates
    Hi,

As Saif has said below, Real Time Journeys does not currently have the form template functionality. Hopefully this will be introduced in the future, however you are able to work around this in the meantime by creating a standard form titled 'Template' and then users can use the save-as or copy (for a live form) feature to prevent them from having to re-build the form from scratch:

My response was crafted with AI assistance, tailored to provide detailed and actionable guidance for your query.

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Real-Time Journeys), form templates work differently compared to Outbound Marketing. As of now, Real-Time Marketing does not have a dedicated "Form Templates" section like Outbound Marketing. However, you can achieve a similar result by following these approaches:

Workarounds to Create a Marketing Form Template in Real-Time Journeys

    1. Create a Standard Form as a Template

      • Go to Real-Time Marketing → Forms → Create a New Form.
      • Design your form with the required fields, styling, and layout.
      • Save this form with a clear name like "Master Template - Lead Capture".
      • When creating a new form, duplicate this existing form instead of starting from scratch.
    2. Use the "Copy" Function

      • Open an existing form from Real-Time Marketing > Forms.
      • Click on the ellipsis (•••) menu and select Copy.
      • This will create a new form with the same structure, which you can modify as needed.
    3. Leverage "Blocks" for Reusable Components

      • While Real-Time Marketing does not support full form templates, you can use Custom Blocks within the email and form designer to reuse components.
      • If certain sections of your form (e.g., contact details, consent checkboxes) are frequently used, create a form that includes these sections and copy them when needed.
