Tool of Crash dumps analysis doesn't analysis properly again

We have trouble in making analysis of AX crash dumps again.
The tool of analysis doesn't run properly since 14, Feb 2017.

It seems that the tools runs when I upload the crash dumps as below,
but the tool doesn't change its state , and remains its state "Upload" as above when analysising.

I deleted the old records (about 150 crash dump datas) , because I thought
this was the reason why tool won't run.

Also, I posted options on LCS to improve this problem yesterday.

So let met know some information to solve.

    Hi Falph,

    If you are a customer or partner, you can log an incident at Microsoft Support via LCS or a Premier contract. The volunteers on this forum are not Microsoft engineers who have access to the environment to analyse your issue,

    I had a similar issue in the past with the Translation tool. Microsoft was able to analyse what was wrong and got the service up and running again.

    I had similar issue in the past LCS analyzer tool.

    I was managed with debug diag analyzer tool.
