Requisition Worksheet and Planning Worksheet

Hi,

I just created an item with location wise SKUs and set parameters as below;

Replenishment System = Purchase

Reordering Policy = Fixed Reorder Qty.

Reorder Point = 100

Reorder Quantity = 500

Safety Stock Quantity = 50

On Hand = 0

Then I ran Requisition worksheet and Planning worksheet for that particular item. But couldn't get any results. As I don't have anything in my inventory, it should suggest 500.

Any Idea why I couldn't get that result?

Best Regards,

Lakshan

    Guys,

Thanks a lot for the replies. I just found that I did a mistake. I created SKUs and then entered the reorder level and qty. Then those setups are not replicated in the SKUs.

My mistake and extremely sorry. Thanks a lot for the support.

    Regards,

    Lakshan

I ran both Planning and Requisition worksheets and I got 2 lines one for 500 and one for 50 (safety stock).

Your setup seems correct. There is no additional setups.

Ideally it should create 2 lines (Per Location). One for Reorder Quantity = 500 and one for Safety Stock = 50.

Attach the Stockkeeping Unit screen shot here.
