sir, actually i try to edit the webparts in ax 2012, after that only the error is 404 not found error is displaying.

If I read and interpret this message correctly then I would expect that you are also not able to log into the AX2012 client.
Your AOS seems down / stopped.
Can you or a system administrator restart it?
Once this is done, try again.

Please check if the AOS is running and if the connection settings are setup correctly. Did it work before or are you trying to setup a new instance?
