Hi,

I have some query about document attachment in HR... can you help with some insight plz...

I wanted to know that How does the integration with SharePoint work? Can you access all documents attached to employees in D365 HR in SharePoint as well?

and how do I manage the security for documents in SharePoint and how is the security handled in D365 HR?

Hello,

You need to manage security in both SharePoint and HR. For example if you give someone access to attach documents in HR, then they must have write access in Sharepoint. Users can access those documents in SharePoint if they would like to. Usually to better manage, you assign security by document type and assign the corresponding SharePoint site.
