If new legal regulations come into effect then you are on your own when it comes to modifying AX to comply with those regulations if you stay on AX4.

Hi Andre,
Yes we are planning to stand on the AX 4.0 for next 5 years. In case, if we are expanding our business in new geographical areas, trying the figure out the risks that we may come across.
Do you foresee any more risks?

What is the background of your question? In general, the AX 4.0 version is old and not supported by Microsoft anymore. The list provided by magic1949 is for AX2009, AX2012. Not sure if the Turkish language is available in AX4, but mostly all others are present.
Currencies can be setup, so in fact all currencies are supported.
Localizations is different from languages and currencies. Are you trying to implement a new company in a certain country?
You may not find Ax 4 material anymore - I have a 2008 note with these details bit not the Ax version number
