Emailing RM Statements - Insufficient Memory

We are in the process of upgrading from GP2015 to 18.5. We are in the testing phase on 18.5 and have not been able to email RM statements due to insufficient memory. In the logs it looks like the problem may be our Adobe installation. We have Adobe XI installed on the server. Is there a version that is recommended to use with GP 2018?
