I went into Sales Invoice and trying to look at the line item - Deferral Schedule, but cannot see anything.
Have I missed any setup?
The deferral works upon posting but I cannot see the amount per month posted.

Tested with all the "Super" users ID, some works some doesn't work.

Are you a SUPER user, if not please check if you have permissions setup for the deferral.

Thank you for sending the links.
I have setup the deferral templates as per the link. The issue that I encountered is that when I click on Deferral Schedule on the sales line with Deferral Code, I cannot see the Deferral Schedule Details.
Hence I am wondering whether I have missed out any back end configuration.
