Hi Experts,
We are having two issues with MS Portal which are:
We have checked and found nothing wrong with “Web Role: Administrative” neither we can see anything wrong with Portal Settings.
Any idea what could be the cause of these issues?
Hey Yaqub,
We've run across this issue from time to time depending on the environment and setup.
What we have had to do was actually restart the portal via the admin center.
I would recommend navigating to the admin center and restarting the portal, waiting for it to shut down and come back up, then resign in and check if the user can edit on the front-end. You can find the admin center from here:
docs.microsoft.com/.../reset-portal
Also - verify that the role you added to the user is regarding the correct portal. Sometimes we have installed multiple portals and assigned the role for the incorrect portal we are navigating to.
If this solves your issue I would appreciate you marking this as Answered!
Thanks!

Hi,
You should have system admin role to see clear cache button. Check if you have system admin role assigned to user.
