Hello all,
I recently did a tenant to tenant migration using MS Support service. The migration went smoothly -in terms of components, users except for the SharePoint.
Apparently, i can not disactivate the Default site from the old tenant and we have a couple of MS engineers working on this point. Meanwhile it's been more than 20 days since and i'm not getting the feeling that we are getting closer to a fix.
I think it's time to make a plan B so i was wondering if any of you had encounter a similar issue and what have you done or try? Or you any of you have suggestions on how i can integrate with a new SharePoint by ditching the native integration?
Thank you!
I believe that in Tenant to Tenant Migrations, SharePoint is one application that cannot be migrated. Also, you need to use the SharePoint environment(s) that are tied to the same tenant as the D365 organization. Are you not able to enable server-based SharePoint Integration? Are you getting a specific error?
