Has anyone any recent experience trying to setup the voice channel in Omnichannel? I am following the documentation at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/voice-channel-install but there is no section for "voice" (see screenshot). I have opened an MS support case about the voice section being missing but progress is very slow.
Voice for my region is in preview and should be GA this month. I also have the voice licence add-on.

Yes, Microsoft Support eventually fixed the issue for our tenant.
