Workflow balance due lcy control

Hello! 

When I send a sales order to request to approval Workflow need to control if the balance due lcy(customer) is >0, does anyone know how i can do this?

    Hi,

    Yes, you can add it in the On Conditions for the sales order workflow.

    On your search bar in BC, type workflows, edit the sales order workflow , disable it if enabled, add the condition on the first line and enable the workflow

    How does it know that the balance due lcy is >0 beacuse balance due lcy is a calc field in customer table not in sales header

    Hi,

    It will be better you create an extension and write your code to first get the calcifield balance and then write a condition to send for approval only if the condition is satisfied else pop up a error.

    I have done this... but the client wants to see the procedures in workflow as the credit limit
