Management Reporter Row Linking to Another Report

Hi,

I cannot get the row linking to work despite reading every article I could find online. I just want to link a row from a Balance Sheet to a line on another report. I used row linking for separate charts, but in those cases I updated the Tree to reference the company.

For this:

-I ran the report I want to link from

-I set a new link type as Financial Dimensions + Worksheet and looked up the generated report in the report library 

-I exported it to excel and got the cell reference of K70

I am not getting any results.

    In the Column Definition do you have a WKS column?

    The following examples are valid references for Financial Dimensions + worksheet links:

    @WKS(B5)

    @WKS(B=B5)

    @WKS(B=B5, C=C5, D=D5)

    Hi EDJJR,

    Thanks for the reply. Sorry to be dense, but do you mean a in the column definition or the linked column in the row definition. In the row definition I set up an additional row linking column with a reference of @WKS(T=K70) where T is the Column definition with a CALC format and K70 is the excel cell reference in the Balance Sheet row I am trying to pull linked data from.

    Specify the @WKS(T=K70) in the 'Link to Financial Dimensions + Worksheet' column of the Row Definition. This will tell the report to pull the Excel data in cell K70 into column T of the report for that row.
